Thank you to @cjalliance for co-hosting our 2nd restorative leaders’ summit today. Inspiring conversations focused on how RJ leaders can support greater understanding of individual and institutionalised bias and how it serves to perpetuate racism and inequality in the sector.
The barriers exist regardless of whether or not we're willing to acknowledge them. A "record", no matter the offense, is why re-entry programs and best practices are essential.
