Had an amazing time this past weekend in Knoxville TN at the state of the art Schroeder 🧪 ! These kids had an exceptional attention to detail & brought the energy the entire session & I noticed significant improvement 💯

Gone are the days where you can beat more athletic players w/ just your handle! With todays size, length, & athleticism, you must understand MOVEMENT! Posture & alignment when executing footwork is a vital 🔑 in efficiency 📝

We NEVER want our players unintentionally drifting off their shot line but we will have them drift ON BALANCE, to negate a shot blockers length and creat extra space to maintain our shot window. Proper hip positioning is 🔑📝
