Head Coach Jess Smith has led us to our first postseason berth since rejoining the Summit League. She has inspired more than ten postseason awards in her time at Kansas City. Well-deserved Coach.

It's not a line.
It's a measurement.
A measurement of commitment.
A measurement of sacrifice.
A measurement of respect.
A measurement of integrity.
A measurement of fortitude.
A measurement of effort.
It's a symbol to remind us that greatness lies in the smallest of details.

Winning isn't a sprint, it's a marathon of steps.
It's about waking up every day, obsessed with improvement.
The journey is where you learn to love the process as much as the result.
Because greatness is earned one step at a time.

โIf weโre teaching you โ
you need to listen & learn.
How many ears do I have?
How many mouths?
My dad always told me โ
that meant God wanted you to listen
twice as much as you talk. Try it.โ

Everyone says they want to win a CHAMPIONSHIP.
But to get there you have to love the grind, the practices, the training, the discomfort, the turmoil, the candid conversations, the drudgery, the growth.
YOU MUST EMBRACE THE CHALLENGES THAT LEAD TO CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Precision- a ridiculous attention to detail!
Itโs the separator.

Itโs less about the answer and more about the question to me. Itโs not well thought of and very absentminded to ask this question. Unless youโve been in the arena you donโt get it and Giannis just exposed a lot of it with his answer. ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
