Advice I'd give anyone in their 20s: 1. Move to NYC, SF, ATX, etc. 2. Join a company with A+ players. 3. Immensely overdeliver on your work. 4. Do it for years and build a reputation. Once you've built that, you can do whatever you want for the rest of your life.
