We had a great group of @timebank #volunteers from @Tictrac yesterday who helped to organise the stock at @DagenhamFood. Volunteers like these are so important to ensure that food supplies are available to be given to people in crisis.

In March, I worked with a group of @timebank volunteers from @ArrowValvesLtd to build planters at Woodberry Grove Community #Garden. Fantastic to now see it looking so green! @Sothebys #volunteers are now improving it further.
Can’t believe the transformation in the Woodberry Grove #communitygarden since we came here last March. Today @Sothebys are helping to add a children’s area and some garden furniture #csr @Cultiv8_media @timebank

"I was surprised they’d never explored the canals and they were surprised I’d never gone shopping on Ladypool Road. So I asked for advice about where to go, and then went; and had a really enjoyable time." A @TimeBank #volunteer learns that integration is a two-way street nitter.gq/timebank/status/102238…
