Anti landlord policies promoted by Shelter are causing landlords to sell and leave the Private Rented Sector. The more landlords that sell - the more rents will rise. Shelter promoting anti landlord policies is NOT helping or supporting tenants. #MartinLewis

Abolishing no fault eviction will encourage more landlords to sell their properties AND rents will rise even more and tenants will need to pay even more. #MartinLewis

The reason rents are rising and rising is because the Government are taxing landlords more and more and more. Landlords have to pass all this additional taxation onto their tenants or they will go bust! Section 24 needs to be abolished. #MartinLewis

#PostOfficeScandal If there is any justice in this world then the Post Office management teams (who knew there was a problem with their computer systems whilst prosecuting innocent subpostmasters) will be prosecuted themselves, locked up and the key thrown away. Disgraceful
