Well sometimes you surprise yourself.
Clocked a PR of 1:49:22 today at the @500Festival Indy Mini Marathon. 4 minutes better than last year. This all despite my legs quitting me 1.5 miles to the finish.
What a day & perfect weather for a challenge. Let’s go!!! 💪🏻

Such a fun segment! Appreciate @CoachHarmon_, @KeldricL and Eli Hohlt for sitting down for a Tale of the Tape episode.

Do coaches & GMs in professional sports know what they’re getting themselves into?
Yes
Is it still weird for fans (regardless of team) to celebrate someone being fired?
Yes
#Colts make a change
If #Colts lose this game, is it rock bottom enough to consider changes?
This is a lifeless performance.

HAPPY HOOPS SEASON! 🏀
The unofficial start to the new year. @BallStateMBB is at Mackey Arena to take on Purdue in an exhibition matchup.
Radio crew view today! @davideha and I have you covered on @werkfm at 2pm🎙️
Considering the moment & what he went through towards the end of regulation, you will not see a better throw by a QB than this one by @BallStateFB Keldric Luster
A big part of why yesterday’s win for @BallStateFB was such an emotional one, is not many fans know just how hard these players, the coaching staff, & supporting staff work. And having to experience tough moments while putting all that hard work.
So to see all of them have the release of emotions & breaking a 14 game road losing streak in that fashion was special. Especially being around players postgame like @chrishood68
Can’t wait for the rest of the year! #ChirpChirp
