Women as a whole gotta have more gender solidarity. It’s all connected. None of us will be free of misogyny until trans women are free of transmisogyny, WoC are free of racism, disabled women are free of ableism, poor women are free of classism, & sapphics are free of homophobia.

BREAKING: An Iowa Democrat who dropped out of his race in September over health issues still won his State House seat comfortably, in a district that leans Republian.
“I’m going to do my best to represent”, Eric Armstrong told NYT. “But I still have health issues.”

Genuinely I would be so, so, sooooooo…… grateful if one of y’all can get me hooked up with an EV DC charger that takes 48 volt 80 amp input.
I’m so serious when I say that would solve one of my most bothersome daily problems (solar charging my car producing tons of waste heat)

Just thinking about how scared I was as a trans woman waking up on the day after elections in 2024.
My mom told me to leave the country.
I said fuck that, this is where my friends are. This is my home. I want to fight for it.
I wasn’t alone.

Tonight’s outcome isn’t about placing faith in Democrats or socialist principles; it’s about holding Republicans accountable for betraying their promises.
All Republicans had to do was:
1. put Americans First
2. not start another war
3. prosecute sex traffickers

I'm pleased that everyone in California was able to set aside their differences and come together to tell SEIU-UHW West to fuck off again.
I like this. yes, It does leave holes, but for a single tweet, I like it.

I guess a bigger part of the story is imagine a different body than your parliament choose the prime minister and that that body was only elected every other parliament election. This year our parliament was up for election but the prime minister choosing body was not.

I hooked up with a tgirl recently for whom my post-op pussy was her first time ever seeing/interacting with a vagina and she had an “I get it now” moment which was simultaneously kinda funny and REALLY hot. Completely addicted after just one hit, D.A.R.E. warned you about me

Please stop using Mount Rushmore as a metaphor for the top four of something. That's not why Gutzon Borglum chose Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Roosevelt for the monument.
Washington represents the start of the nation. Jefferson represents expansion. Lincoln represents preservation, and Roosevelt represents the growth into a global superpower.
He chose them because they represent four key stages in American history.

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026)
Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.
His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen.
