BEWARE! One of our residents received the "warrant" below via text along with a message stating the individual had missed jury duty and now had a warrant for that person's arrest. The individual was told to go to Walmart to get a $4,000.00 MoneyGram and was sent a scan code to send it to. The individual was threatened with arrest if they did not comply.
