🌀 صداعك متكرر؟ ممكن تكون رقبتك هي السبب! 🦴 ساعات ألم الرقبة مش بيقف عند حدودها، لكنه ممكن يمتد للكتف والذراع، وأحيانًا يكون سببًا في صداع مصدره الرقبة. 📱 الجلوس لفترات طويلة قدام الموبايل أو الكمبيوتر بوضعية غير مناسبة ممكن يزود إجهاد عضلات الرقبة. 🚨 إيه الأعراض اللي ممكن تصاحب مشاكل الرقبة؟ 🔹 تيبّس وصعوبة في تحريك الرقبة. 🔹 صداع مرتبط بحركة الرقبة أو ألمها. 🔹 ألم ممتد للكتف أو الذراع. 🔹 تنميل أو وخز في اليد. 🔹 ضعف في عضلات الذراع. 💡 والأهم: مش كل ألم في الرقبة معناه إنك محتاج جراحة! العلاج بيبدأ بتحديد السبب بدقة، وبعدها يحدد الطبيب الطريقة الأنسب لحالتك، سواء بالعلاج التحفظي أو بوسائل علاجية أخرى حسب التشخيص. 💬 قولنا: الصداع عندك بيزيد مع حركة رقبتك، ولا الألم بيمتد من الرقبة للكتف والذراع؟ #آلام_الرقبة #الصداع #دكتور_باسم_هنري

أشتري هذا الرجل قطع أثاث منزلية فاخرة لكنه بعد أيام من استخدامها هو وأفراد أسرته بدأوا يشعرون بحكة شديدة في أجسامهم وعندما قرر فتح قطعة الأثاث لمعرفة السبب كانت الصدمة بانتظاره فقد اكتشف شيئًا مخيفًا لم يكن يتوقعه أبدًا
