simple, these things are not as neurotoxic and bas as you think and its even quite the opposite.
instead of what reddit tells you which is that you will feel like shit you can just read 50 papers at remember all of it, without a plot twist.
anywhere under 40mg of vyvanse can be beneficial for neuron growth, dendrite growth and things like neurogenesis, the negative effects you hear about really only come from chronic high dose abuse models, not the normal doses with responsible use.
you can run this stack everyday without any issues, even better yet my baseline when not taking anything has gotten much better.
