My old Alan Wake 2 fanart in celebration! It was not only a very personal and meaningful story, but a great reminder how important it is to never stop fighting for your artistic vision and doing what you love with your whole heart

Alan Wake 2?
Tim Sweeney is taking another shot at Steam.
The Epic Games CEO claims Valve has “held gaming back for years” by locking PC games into Steamworks’ ecosystem.
Sweeney argues that Steam’s social features make it harder for players on PC to communicate cross-platform while also criticizing Steam’s 30% cut.
However, that claim isn’t completely accurate. Valve’s Steam Datagram Relay can also be used across other platforms.
Alan Wake 2.

Alan Wake 2: The Lake House is the most scathing and indignant critique portraying the absurdity of machines and generative AI replacing the creative process.
Slight spoilers for the story: The scientists can’t understand why even a bad writer like Alan Wake can evoke emotions and fame when a room full of automated typewriters that produce LLM style writing seem to only produce content with disastrous, self destructive and dehumanizing consequences.
