Until the NA community collectively decides to change to its culture and approach to matchmaking/improvement it won’t matter who/what service is created/used.
The community needs to decide Matchmaking services add value to skill progression other then just bragging rights
It’s almost like one region has a resource that is used by its entire player base to improve while others hides its top players behind gated discord communities 🤔 🤷
“People just use matchmaking to get wins in better players to brag about it, not as a tool to actually improve”
Once ppl realize that it’s your Rank on the ladder and not individual wins that matter, this sentiment will change.
