DEI is now and has always been a manufactured racist construct.
It is misandrous and racist toward white people, in particular towards white men.
I worked for an massive international company and was told point blank to my face in a room full of other executives that โ we will be focusing on women and POC colour for the next 10 years to fill current and future senior and executive rolesโ that โ we should not expect our tenure or our performance to translate into promotions anytime in the near futureโ.
I was against this, spoke my mind, refused the female lead โ man in business badโ DEI training and was bought out several months later.
I didnโt mind getting a large buyout package and watching from the sidelines as the people they put into place that were chosen by gender or skin colour destroyed 7 business units and within 2 years those units were busted into pieces and sold off to the highest bidder.
DEI is divisive, dangerous, racist and misandrist. Thats just fact!
