We all know that fan cultures differ across countries. In China, solo stans are common, and JUHOON faces daily rumors and hateful attacks from other members’ fans ALL THE TIME. Yet we never bring these conflicts to X to seek sympathy or turn people against others, because we know how irrational some fans can be and want to protect the positive OT5 environment here.
Yesterday’s posts on China platforms did NOT attack any member. It simply criticized BIGHIT staff for repeatedly using JUHOON’s account for other members’ livestreams. This is easily avoidable, yet it keeps happening. Is it unreasonable for JUHOON’s fans to expect to see JUHOON on his own account?
Instead, some fans deliberately took the post out of context and brought it to X, encouraging others to attack JUHOON’s fans and even JUHOON himself.
Is this really how people who claim to support OT5 should behave?

Honestly, Chinese solo stans have conflicts all the time. There is really no need to drag these domestic disputes over to X.
Juhoon has endured constant harassment from James stan, who maintain many anti accounts on Weibo, TikTok and Xiaohongshu to insult and spread lies about him.
Our frustration is directed only at Bighit’s unprofessional operation. Fans tuned in excitedly, expecting a livestream with Juhoon, only to be let down with no prior notice. Most importantly, using his account without permission poses a major risk: if controversial content were posted from his account, it would have impact on his reputation. This whole mess could have been avoided easily if bighit handled things carefully and professionally.
We ask James solo stans to leave Juhoon and his fandom alone and stop stirring up drama on X.
