👍 FYI. The Komesaroff resuscitator (named after its inventor David Komesaroff - specialist anesthetist, RMH) was standard prehospital equipment in Victoria for years. It was conservative with O2, but, admittedly, very challenging to use effectively.

#CritCare23. The live podcast has commenced @ThisEDLife!!! First discussion point: While patient care always comes first, how can paramedics potentially utilise their time and skills whilst ramped? Some great insights and idea from @martynichols9 @ben_meadley @Hannah_ICFP.

Perusing the book shelf at a branch and found this gem (guessing it’s your @AmboFOAM?). Remember reading this almost 10-years ago when I started working as an ICP. Game changer: and lessons still as relevant today as it was back then.

Thanks everyone for replying and sharing your unique experience. Enlightening and concerning all at the same time. We've incorporated some of your response in the paper, and we hope to be able to share a publication with you soon.
Att: Paramedics We are writing a perspective on error and patient safety in paramedicine, and are wanting to acknowledge the language in this space (I'm being clinically reviewed or I've received a clinical breach). We were wondering what phrasing is used where you work?
