🚨BEST KEPT SECRET IN MO - LUKE CONNELL🚨 ILB/FB l c/o 2027 l 6'1"210lbs l Rockhurst - MO Can you name the MO-6A player with the most tackles for the 2026 regular season? We're guessing, that like us, you probably guessed wrong. So we decided to do this post on the best kept secret in MO. From the information that we can gather, the answer to the question above is Luke Connell with 127 tackles during the regular season. After watching tape, he is clearly one of reason's that Rockhurst's defense is as good as they are. Connell does everything that you'd want from an ILB: fills quickly, takes on (and wins) double-teams, has speed to make plays on the boundary, and makes open field tackles from coverage. Yet, he's no where to be found on the @PrepRedzoneMO ratings and only @nielstopczynski and @CMG_SPORTS_ have given him any coverage. How can that be? We think we have answers: (1) This is Luke's first year starting at ILB so he wasn't on anyone's preseason radar. (2) He has no social media, as far as we can tell, so he has no video highlights available to the public. (3) He's an accomplished rugby player with college offers from University of San Diego and interest from several other schools so he's been focused there. We did manage to gather some video below. Some college is going to get a shot at one of MO's most outstanding and under that radar ballers! @The_RyanWallace @MarketAthletes @JPRockMO @jeremycrabtree @WOWKCfootball @VerbalCommit_KC @PreWarWesley @cargile_wade @DezmanM @Bryan_Ault @elitefootball @ElevateRecruits @PrepsKC @KCSportsNetwork @mickshaffer @SimoneAwards @RockhurstFB @BristerCade @ColeDobbinsSEMO @Coach_Ford @CoachLawsonLU @stugfb @Coach_romero18 @CoachLarryHart @CoachJBHall @CoachTurnerISU @CoachFoster_ @LeoOtt123 @CoachReeves0921 @HC_Carter1 @Coach_NMurray @NickyV05 @CoachYonBoone @jafrancis_
