When I raised the issue and sent my own timestamped photos from pickup day, they still stood by the charges, saying I had signed the report.
Yes — a report I was misled into signing, without any walkthrough or explanation.
This is not how you treat honest customers. I’ve rented from @Hertz before and never had issues, but this? This is unacceptable.
It’s theft, it’s negligence, and it’s a complete lack of respect for customers.
