All they had to do was deliver water, affordable electricity, pick up trash and fix potholes. Helen Zille would not have had such an easy road. Instead there were baddie addicts appointed as CFOs and they were doing side hustles for cartels. Abo Hangwani Maumela were looting hospitals to buy blue cars. The lack of vision, a blundering mayor, the proliferation of looting, that’s what caused this. They must acknowledge that and apologise.
