What a role model for the game in Ireland. Roly was a speaker at last Novembers CICA Coaching Conference where he shared his decision making process. Congratulations Roly and best wishes 🎉 @sportireland @_SportNI #Irishcricket #MatchOfficial

TCC U11s had a league win recently against Cliftonville Academy . It was great to see Ireland captain Paul Stirling along supporting junior grassroots cricket. Thanks Paul for sharing your time.

Of all the skills that coaches require, interpersonal skills are arguably the most important. That ability to speak, to listen and to connect. People skills. Invaluable.

Another busy night with our cricket outreach programme - GIVE CRICKET A GO operating in local community groups. We continued sessions with 1st Ballynure Scout Group with over 20 young people giving some cricket skills a go. We have been really impressed with what we have seen.
