Kicking off my reading push this year with "Secondary Maths in Action" by @MccreaEmma
Already loved Making Every Maths Lesson Count (a PGCE staple for me) โ but Ch.4 of the new book on curriculum is a MUST-READ for HoDs + TLR holders.
Brilliant examples of how collaboration transforms pupilsโ maths journeys ๐
๐ Whether you teach English, maths, history or PE, @teacherhead โIn Actionโ series has got you covered.
And if youโre a PD lead, why not buy them all!?! ๐
Secondary In Action books.. these are terrific. Punchy, detailed, lots of examples - links to resources. Debates, key research, big ideas. Rooted in practice. All here. Here are four of them:
Well done @SamChater4 @MccreaEmma @catherinepriggs @HughJRichards et al, @missbutlerbikes

This morning, we were looking at the excellent new @OakNational resources to support the teaching of our GCSE.
High quality, well planned and really accessible for students.
Brilliant work by @Ad_Robertson and everyone else involved ๐
โฆ@OakNationalโฉ is my go to for cover and CPD. It supports TWOs, curriculum design and revision. Itโs an excellent example of a worldviews approach and has been meticulously planned by experts. To go behind the scenes I chat to โฆ@Ad_Robertsonโฉ podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcasโฆ
