@Wendys Update. Went to the drive thru. The lady actually said they don't bring it out. Then said she said they didn't even have an order. I showed her the app and she said hold on. Then came back and said they didn't make it because they were out of chilli. WTF?

@Wendys I asked to cancel and she said they couldn't. And I have to call some number that they didn't know. Any help? I never got my food at all and need a refund to my card.
