Jamie Spears's lawyer had said Jamie would "unconditionally cooperate" with transferring all records to Britney.
But Britney's lawyer said outside of court on Friday that Jamie has not responded to a single document request and has twice failed to appear for his deposition.

It seems (allegedly) that a new trust was established (allegedly the BJS KIDS & FAMILY TRUST), as well as a pour-over will, in addition to the already existing SJB Revocable Trust (2004) and the SJB 2004 Insurance Trust (explanation will follow).
