Most people know what they should be doing. The real advantage comes from consistently doing it, especially when it’s inconvenient.
A good life is built through ordinary decisions repeated with extraordinary levels of consistency.

The scariest part of #php2shell isn’t the millions of exploit attempts. It’s the THOUSANDS that happened before the vulnerability was officially disclosed.
Cloudflare says the details leaked early, and it had already deployed firewall protections roughly 9 hours before the public announcement.
Think about that. Attackers were already hunting while much of the internet was still waiting for the official details.
And because the flaws are inside PHP itself, updating your WordPress plugins won’t fix them.
Your firewall buys time but ultimately patching PHP is what closes the hole.
Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it. That jumped to tens of thousands in the 45 minutes post announcement, hundreds of thousands within 2 hours, and millions now.

Here’s the irony: Sophia Bush herself quoted Esther Perel in this interview about how one person can’t provide everything we once got from an entire village.
Nobody should feel trapped in an unhappy or harmful marriage because of age or societal pressure.
But if “doing better” means finding someone who meets every need perfectly, even a good partner will eventually disappoint you.
