LET THERE BE SNOW!☃️
Test more of the upcoming game drop’s features! Build a winter wonderland with a full set of snow bricks. Live out your fancy frosty fantasy in a chilly castle or batten down the hatches in a frozen fort. Plus, freeze water into frosted ice blocks by feeding blue ice to a cold sulfur cube. Available now in Java snapshot, coming soon to Bedrock beta and preview.

Today at Minecraft LIVE: Dungeons II, our first new dimension in more than 14 years, new ways for creators to build, Minecraft on Nintendo Switch 2, and more.
More than 300,000 people play Minecraft for the first time on an average day. After 17+ years and 425M+ copies sold, I love that Minecraft is still finding new players and giving longtime ones new things to discover. 💚

Coming soon to the Overworld: Ice caves!
Explore beneath cold biomes to discover ice caves. A rich source for ore full of beauty & unusual dangers, like the frozen zombie variant. Defeat them for ice balls or become frozen yourself!
Stay cool & keep an eye out for more updates ❄️
