Therapeutic milieu essential. Worked in palliative unit at RAH early 90s. Gold standard imo. V junior and loved my work so much mainly due to docs who valued all of us and to RN in charge @MeganCorlis who was just fantastic. Remember that time as just the best in 25 years nursing

Providers certainly know that the Royal Commission recommended more qualified nurses in aged care, not less. Hard-working ENs are now on a slippery-slope and unless the Government intervenes and mandates skill mix percentages or RN/EN/PCA care minutes. #agedcare @Mark_Butler_MP
