So, again, give a heads up to anyone who might need iron, not because they shouldn't get it (they should), but because knowing makes it easier.
Guys, I'm not trying to tell you what to do. I am saying what I experienced, and I want all of you to be healthy and happy. The iron thing (is a feminist thing) but both sexs require iron to make us okay. I want you all to be okay!
OK, again, Iron infusions can act like SSRIs, giving you energy before you can deal with it. Please ask for help!
To explain, on good days I can walk a mile or more. On bad days, I can't even get a 0.1 mile before I need to rest. Iron has made a huge difference, but I wanted to give a heads up. It's WORTH IT!
I really do feel SO MUCH BETTER after iron infusions, but I wanted to give a heads up. Apparently when your body goes into survival mode cause you have no red blood cells to carry oxygen, once it gets better it may hit all at once! (please post the previous, I want to help!)
OK, so I live on blue, but this is important enough to share. IF YOU HAVE SEVERE ANEMIA AND DEPRESSION/ANXIETY, iron infusions, like SSRIs, will make you feel better but can also trigger suicidal thoughts. Please, get the infusions, but be aware!!!

Caffeine helps with my migraines (and means I get them when I go cold turkey) and my ADHD and my lack of energy (chronic severe anemia, chronic depression, thyroid issues and I'm probably forgetting something else wrong with me)
