Can anyone guess what these six LEGO sets have in common?
I'll tell you...
Target put them on clearance online on November 6, and now, just a tad over six months later, they've all reached 100%+ ROI.
I think it's pretty safe to say that NONE of these were top picks on anyone's' list last year, yet they're some of the best performing sets from the 2025 retirees.
I always tell people it's important to have an IDEA of what you want to invest in each year, but ultimately you need to let the market guide you and not become too attached to what your original plan was.
Also fun fact, this graphic is actually missing multiple other sets from that same sale that are also 100%+ ROI.
Can we repeat this in 2026?

When your software creates more problems than it solves… it might be time for a change.
PrepShipHub delivers reliable label printing and works on both PC & Mac.

Hearing a lot of complaints about Inventory Lab lately. If its not working for you, you may want to check out PrepShipHub.
Starts at $39 a month. Supports Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify.
Has a warehouse feature that is great for holds and those storing products.
Has a returns module that alone is worth the price of admission.
They offer 30 day free trial. Have discord channel with access to instant support.
No its NOT my software, but the owner of my prep center created it to address issues they had managing their prep center with existing listing/shipping software so I've been a user for 5+ years from the PC side and been using since launch of individual user side.
Love having reporting on our Walmart, Ebay, Shopify and Amazon all in one place!

Secretly great software nobody talks about?
prepshiphub.com
Works on all markets, does a bunch nobody else does, cheaper than it should be.
They don’t pay me a dime. Just worth a try if you sell on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify.

Keepa just added new Seller ID filters to the Product Finder đź‘€
This changes the game for storefront stalking, sourcing, and competitor research.

Wow quite the marketing strategy by Bqool.
Don't use SellerSnap bc it will get u higher margins. Instead use bqool bc they will tank the price the best and thus get you more sales.
Why pay more for a repricer that is going to lose u sales by focusing on profit. Instead save money that will get you sales at lowest price possible. 🤯🤣
Replying to @JeffSendsIt
Apparently bqool thinks sellersnap is bad because it's helping sellers to make money.

I finally locked down some time to do a Repricing Strategy discussion to dive deeper into this. Will do a live webinar tomorrow at 8pm EST and will post link in comments if u want to join or want to catch the replay.
As anyone that follows me knows, I'm a huge Seller Snap fan; however, I'll be talking at a repricing level about strategies and approaches you could implement to help maximize your profit so even those not using Seller Snap should find this useful.
And for those that are Seller Snap users, I of course will talk about how I use Seller Snap to implement some of the strategies and dive deeper into Seller Snap since its my repricer of choice.
So much time and effort is put into sourcing, but so many put so little effort into repricing. Lots of money is lost using bad repricers or wrongly configured repricers or not having right processes to manage repricing.
Lots of sourcing videos but very rarely see anyone going into detail on repricing. So many people think repricing is just a set it and forget it task and
If I do a live here or schedule webinar in next week or two to dive deeper into general repricing strategies, would that be of any interest?

Been a minute since did a YT video, but now that my busy season is winding down, going to try to do a few more of these on a bit more regular basis.
In this video @MerchMover and I chat with Makayla who was killing it in Amazon, got a section 3 and did a hard pivot to real estate.
It's insanely impressive story especially since she did it all AFTER rates and home prices have sky rocketed from the glory days of 2020.
Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Good goals to have, but also good to have an idea of what it takes to get there. It will vary of course, but I think you can 2x your purchasing to get to a revenue goal.
So what that looks like is:
To do $360k/yr, you need to spend $15k a month or $750/day (assuming buying 20 days a month)
To do $600k/year, u need to spend $25k a month or $1,250 per day.
To do $1.2m/year, u need to spend $50k a month or $2,500 per day.
Now once you blow past those numbers, the math starts to get real fun:
To do $5M annual ($416k/month), u need to spend $208k a month or $10.4k per day.
To do $10M ($833k/month), u need to spend $416k a month or $10.4k a day. If you can NET 10%, you are PROFITING $1M a year! Just need to spend $10k a day!
And to do $20M ($1.66M/month), u need to spend $833k a month or $20.8k per day.
30K a month that's 360K a year.
50K a month that's 600K a year.
100K a month that's 1.2M a year.
These should be the goals of every Reseller, whether you have a 9-5 or don't.
I don't recommend Amazon as a side hustle it doesn't make any sense financially.
Commit to this business all the way. @SeanKaupp @flips4miles @fieldsofprofit

All new businesses have debt. It’s guaranteed. It’s just not always financial debt…you can have:
Talent debt
Process debt
Management debt
Technical debt
Cultural debt
Brand debt
You should take on the debt you think will be easiest to pay back when it comes due (with interest)

Back in '15, I discovered this thing called Amazon FBA as a way to earn hotel and airline points/miles. Seemed like a lot of work just for points, but more research I did the more it seemed I could actually make money, not just points.
So I decided WTH lets give this a shot! Been doing it almost 9 years since. Many bumps, mistakes, failures, challenges along the way. Many people telling me you can't scale arbitrage or that arbitrage isn't a legit biz and Amazon will be shutting it all down soon enough.
The road hasn't pretty, but I have been able to do some pretty cool things with this Amazon thing.
I sat down with Joe to start documenting the road I took to get the Amazon biz to where it is now. In this episode, we chat about the first couple years and trying to balance starting a biz, working a full time job and having 2 kids under 2. Assuming there is interest we will continue to document the journey with future episodes.
Join us for the 1st in a short series where we discuss how Jeff built his Amazon business to $25M/year, primarily through Online Arbitrage of name-brand products with all the processes, systems, challenges, and wild stories along the way. youtu.be/pCGXkVLiEM0
