After the @Ryanair incident at @MilanBergamoBGY today, we’ve all been sitting on the plane for 4+ hrs while @Ryanair wastes our time before inevitably cancelling. People are getting angry and now losing phone battery and won’t have a way to book alternative routes. CLASSIC.

Update: I’m back and see we’ve now added some “delight” of playing music while on the move and a winky face.

Less delightful observations: Lurking by patrons a little too long after delivering something. (Like for 2 min it just sits?) Waitstaff pushing around their “helper” who moves slower than them. But, both groups are generally forgiving of this behavior. – at Austin, TX
