Have you anything to give in the cause of charity? Recognise this phrase? It is part of the Rite of Destitution. It teaches that true generosity is about more than money - it's a shoulder to lean on and support for those in need🤝 solomon.ugle.org.uk/mod/reso…

Step off with the left foot!🦶 A quirk to keep in step, or is there a deeper meaning behind it? This tradition echoes through the ages, with all the old paintings on the tomb, connecting us to ancient Egyptians, and more. Don’t you know? Find out here: solomon.ugle.org.uk/mod/reso…

We are really proud that the new helicopters are being deployed today. We were the foundation donor. Charitable giving is a cornerstone of what we do.

There is strong debate as to the origins of the Royal Arch, not helped by the lack of surviving evidence. From what evidence we have, we know that the Royal Arch was known in London, York and Dublin by the late 1730s. Read the paper here: solomon.ugle.org.uk/pluginfi…

Yesterday we got together with the @NHSBartsHealth #Radiotherapy team and the @LondonMasons at St Bartholomew's Hospital to send off the Cyberknife in style. The machine has prolonged the lives of close to 2000 cancer patients for the past 13 years and has transformed patient care, improving access to advanced radiotherapy and changed the landscape for cancer care. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the London Freemasons for their generous donation of  incredible fundraising of £3.1m that made all of this possible.
