And if the lost *do* come on a Sunday, giving them a re-presentation of what they see the other six days a week presents nothing worth changing for—why make the sacrifice to join Christianity?
Instead, if we faithfully re-present the crucified and resurrected Christ, we offer an invitation into Divine things—Someone worth changing for, who actually sacrificed for us.
Isn't that the heart of evangelism? The "seeker sensitive" model fails to properly answer "What is being sought?" before being sensitive.

If you are so inclined, here are some ways you could pray for the Global Methodist general conference to be held in Johannesburg next week:
1That God’s will for the church will prevail above all else
2That we will not take up the weapons of church politics against one another
3That we will honor God in our speech and conduct
4That we will outdo one another in showing honor
5That we will lay down our agendas in submission to the will of God
6That delegates will travel safely to and from the conference
7That those presiding will do so with clarity and wisdom
8That those leading us in worship will be guided by the Holy Spirit
9That we will elect bishops who will guide the church into holiness and doctrinal integrity
10That we will leave with a sense of unity

Justification and regeneration are logically distinguished but never chronologically separate. This is why the Methodist can say we are justified by faith alone because the grounds of justification is Christ’s sacrifice benefited to us by a faith working through love in him.

Please pray for a dear brother of mine from Church. He fell and broke his glasses. The glass shards penetrated and went into his left eye. There is a very low chance that he regains vision in that eye.

Having too many people in our churches (yes, even Global Methodist churches) who are content to make the Sunday worship service their only real spiritual activity of the week is a significant obstacle to revival and to launching a new Methodist movement.
