This course was a great opportunity to hear from some excellent speakers and develop pan-army mentoring networks.
I was a little surprised when CGS popped himself next to me in the mess for lunch and asked โif you could get me to change 1 thing in the Army what would it be?โ ๐ค
A thought provoking and worthwhile 2.5 days. Kudos to @Mgi1997 for putting together such a great course, highly recommended!
