🚨 John @johnternus , the device I’m proposing to you would be far more comfortable and functional—not to mention completely wireless—compared to the VR headsets from @Meta .
In use, the device would be virtually imperceptible and comfortable, controlled entirely by the user’s eye movements.
This device is destined to become a mass-market product.🚀
Over time, it will replace mobile phones and tablets, and @Apple will become a monopolist in the digital market.
And most importantly—a product like this does not yet exist on the market.
As for the VR headset from @finkd , it is not a mass-market product: it’s uncomfortable, tethered by a wire, and requires the user to carry a data-processing unit in their pocket.

Taking a bit longer with my PROLED MacBook Pro review (spoiler: it's really good) but in the meantime, I got hands on with Meta's newest VR Glasses and they are also GOOD: youtu.be/_x58r9TBois

Open Letter
To: John Ternus
Chief Executive Officer, @Apple
@johnternus
From: Alexander Makoviychuk
@AleMacLeo
September 26, 2026
Dear Mr. Ternus,
I am writing this open letter to request a formal review of an idea I have developed for more than ten years.
I am Alexander Makoviychuk. For over a decade I have worked on a device designed to unite the virtual world and the real world in a convenient, natural way. The goal is not another screen or another headset, but a simpler connection between digital experience and physical life. I believe this work aligns with Apple’s direction in spatial computing, personal devices, and human interface.
My purpose is clear: this technology should remain in America, and it should remain with #Apple.
In 2007, Steve Jobs changed the course of the digital industry. I believe 2027 can become a similar turning point. You now lead Apple not only as Chief Executive Officer, but at a moment when the next chapter of that history can be written.
I am not asking for publicity. I am asking for a responsible review by the people at Apple who can assess whether this work has value.
I understand that Apple receives many unsolicited proposals and that a public channel cannot replace an official process. I am prepared to present the materials under a non-disclosure agreement, through Apple’s official process, or to any team you designate.
I respectfully ask that this letter be directed to the appropriate group and that I receive a confirmation of receipt.
Sincerely,
Alexander Makoviychuk
