Hockey’s hat trick is 1 player scoring 3 goals in a game; the neurosurgical hat trick is 3 aneurysms clipped in 1 craniotomy. This one required clipping of “mirror” MCA aneurysms, or reaching into the opposite sylvian fissure to clip an inferiorly projecting aneurysm on a short M1 segment. Spares the patient additional procedures…#ThreeAneurysms
