🧵I never really got into sports growing up. About six months ago, I told my family that for my birthday, I wanted to get away for the weekend and do something I’d never done before. They surprised me with a trip to Dallas to see the Texas Rangers.
We celebrated the wins(DeGrom 2k!!) and felt the losses, but more than anything, baseball gave us something new to share as a family. I’m sad the season is over, and I’m so thankful for all the memories we made.
Shoutout to the Rangers, the announcers, and everyone who made our first season as fans so much fun. @daveraymond4 @MikeBacsik , David Murphy, @LauraStickells ,Elvis Andrus, Eric Nadel, Matt Hicks, @JaredSandler + all the ones i missed. Already counting down to next year. ❤️⚾
