Here's my take might be unpopular, this is great for players who want a raw edit showcasing their clips who dont wanna pay for a video as simple as a vegas cod edit. Same time this makes human editors stand out more for stylized/creative work which this would not replace.

To add to this point edit is so much more than just sync + screenshake, the effects, proper sound design and good cinematics differentiate a memorable video from a human made slop. People who do drag and drop Vegas edits have little to no unique identity to their videos anyways.
