Great Monday so far, I have a large tumour & now gotta wait upto 2 wks for a scan or MRI. The same MRI I've been waiting for over 4mths 🤦‍♀️ Really bad headache today, circulation being lost in arms & legs (pins & needles) feeling really nauseous. GP has prescribed Tramadol 😔

Lots of people ATM complaining of “coughs & colds” There are numerous ways to shorten duration, some controversial, because many won’t look past, or research them thanks to hearsay & the institutional led misinformation that surrounds them. A good all rounder is Mullein leaf, a great remedy for lungs. Research anti-inflammatory herbs Diluted oregano oil in case of infection, 2 drops to 5ml of carrier oil or weaker if you struggle. CDS is excellent, if you’re interested, do your own research on that one. Be your own health advocate.
