@OctopusEnergy in order to get Intelligent Octopus Go, do both the car and charger have be compatible? For example if I have a Volvo EX30 and and Ohme ePod will that work?

Thanks thats good to know. I’m on the edge of ordering an Easee One + Car and neither is supported, yet, so very interested on progress. Do you have a public roadmap anywhere? Or is there a tech blog or something I can follow for updates?

@OctopusEnergy Do you support or plan to integrate OCPP for the Intelligent tariff? From what I can see the Easee chargers and others support this.

I have a young family and we’re off to Crete soon. Doesn’t appear to be affected, yet, but I think I’ll be keeping ‘bug out bags’ close to hand. Thanks for the share.

No harm rebooting it! Just switch it off, count to 10 and switch it on. Might be it needs some encouragement 😂 Like I say issue is still open so might be a while and/or intermittent.

Worth checking your connection, mine is back up now (also with EE). A few of us on here are reconnected.

No problem. Good work @teh_c ! Hopefully it’ll remain online through the night. Looks like the issue is still open so 🤞

Mine is back up and running. Hopefully yours is as well. If it isn’t don’t panic! 😊 the issue is still open and in progress so likely still tinkering - could be it drops or takes a little while to get everyone back on.

Same here, been back for 10mins. It might drop again but this is a good sign! Hopefully it stays!!!

Same here my router has just kicked back in. Hopefully it’ll stay that way!
Not just me 😊 @teh_c has been a legend. Sadly the systems in place don’t serve the customer or the customer service team as good as they should.

The frustrating this is there are engineers in the field working hard to fix it, just the comms to customers is non existent. Shows the companies involved neither value customers or their staff dealing with it.

Latest: One of the replacement parts has arrived. The backup replacement is also en route but should arrive earlier than planned. Might take them a while to install but still good progress!

Amen to that 🙏. I also work from home and have a young one that might implode if the internet doesn’t return. 🫠
