Earlier, I posted a video concerning Juror 11. Specifically, Juror 11 said she queried X to obtain facts about the case. The video came from someone I trust who I have come to know while covering the John O'Keefe case.
I just listened to the full clip. Indeed, Jury 11 said she pulled up the information from X in the jury room but not during deliberations.
Anytime I discover information that needs corrected, I correct it.
I also contacted my friend who told me he was in error.
Thank you to all who called this to my attention. The facts indicate issues, but I am relieved to know, unless something further comes out, that she did not query during deliberations, but only queried in the deliberation room.

The Dow has now fallen 2,000 points in the 15 days since the trade war was expanded. The S&P is also down 6.5% over that period.
But at least we can cushion the blow with higher prices, deepening job cuts, falling business investment, and export industry devastation.
