It amazes me how quick the Premier League were to deduct 10 points from Everton the second the breach was proven guilty. Yet here we are with no idea of any sanction from fines to points deductions for Manchester City.

The Premier League have already established a precedent of a minimum of 4 points per charge (higher for non-cooperation) Anything more lenient than that rate-per-charge would make Forest's and Everton's deductions disproportionate
