There are already “White House Cheesecake Factory” tee shirts on sale outside the Ossoff/Obama rally in Georgia.

We may be witnessing Donald Trump's farewell tour - as he croaks through speech in 'Trump country' Texas The most striking thing about Trump's appearance at last night's rally in Lubbock, Texas was that he looks very, very tired. He's running on fumes. His voice is permanently hoarse and he's peppering his speech with complaints that he has to be on the campaign trail at all. mirror.co.uk/news/politics/d…

I LOVE that "shenanigans" has become the accepted term for election interference.

By far the biggest crowd response of Trump’s rally in Lubbock, Texas was for a brief surprise appearance from Marco Rubio.

You know that bit Trump does where he says the line went round the block twice and they had to lay on a bunch of overflows and still didn’t get everyone in? Well, for once, when he says that at Lubbock it’ll actually be true. Turnout is extraordinary.

Trump, responding to Barack Obama's 'Saddam Hussein Cheesecake Factory' gag, again claims "guys like Obama" don't "see dirt". "Guys like Obama, they would pass the front door, they would see the broken masonry...and he wouldn't notice because he doesn't notice that. He wouldn't notice dirt and filth where the walls haven't been cleaned for years. He doesn't notice areas that haven't been painted... "Guys like Obama don't see it. You don't see dirt. He doesn't see filth. He doesn't see broken ornaments on a building."

Arrived in Lubbock, Texas - where Donald Trump and James Talarico will hold duelling rallies a mile and a half from each other at the same time tomorrow. "There'll be fighting," Emilio, my Uber Driver told me. "Texas is crazy. But good crazy."

Now all that remains is to decide whether to use the headline "Lubbock or leave it" or "Lubbock stops here". Sign up to The US Dispatch to find out: mirror.co.uk/subscribe

Since Obama is back on the stump today, here’s your reminder of the best political speech of my lifetime. If you haven’t heard it or haven’t heard it in a while, enjoy getting fired up and ready to go. 👊🏼 🌊

There is no more xelennial band than the Smashing Pumpkins. If you can remember Billy with hair, you’re a xillenial.
I keep seeing Millennials trying to claim this as their music. I saw them open for Guns n Roses in high school. Siamese Dream came out when I was a freshman in college. Smashing Pumpkins are a Gen X band and the way the combined grunge, emo and punk, they are arguably the most Gen X band. Everything about this video is Gen X.

Ok folks. Tonight I’m going to fulfil a lifelong dream and have dinner at Cheesecake Factory for journalistic purposes. I may not have time to read the whole menu. Pls send recommendations.

BRENNAN: The DOJ lawsuit demands the Alaska result not be certified if voters are confused. The confusion is defined as Sen. Sullivan not winning. BLANCHE: That's not what it says BRENNAN: I'm quoting from it. You are telling them not to certify it. What right does the federal government have telling a state not to certify?

I had no idea people’s faces would be eaten by leopards when I defected to the Leopards Eating Peoples’ Faces Party UK.

Seriously? No idea? He had no idea that joining a party led by Nigel Farage would mean engaging in racial politics?
I feel for Danny Kruger. He's a decent guy and when he defected to Reform he had no idea it would end up engaging in this type of racial politics - or that that he'd end up in interviews like this. But Tim's right: in a party full of moments, this is a moment.
