Very few people realise that the vast majority of hospice and palliative care is provided by charity - not by the NHS.
I think this is a national scandal.

In this interview with @skynewsniall, Dr Rachel Clarke (@doctor_oxford) emphasises the need to prioritise quality end of life care.
Regardless of Parliament's decision on assisted dying, fixing the funding of our struggling hospice and end of life care system is essential.
