Form shows discharge is marked honorable, separation code is RBD (retirement) and reentry code is not applicable.
We received the form to review w/stipulation that we not publish because of identifying details.

New today —The super PAC dedicated to electing House Democrats polled #NV02 last week.
That poll showed @DavidFlippoNV leading @Teresa4Nevada by two points, 46%-44%.
Wedgewood Polls — a mysterious firm that popped up this summer and got plenty of online buzz — admits its polls were fake.
It produced the first public "poll" of #NV02 in July, which showed @Teresa4Nevada with a slight lead over @DavidFlippoNV. That survey was made up.
We were investigating Wedgewood for faking their data and emailed them for comment this morning, ahead of publishing the findings tomorrow. They are trying to cover up their fraud with the "we were doing a social experiment" excuse.
