There is literally NOTHING worse than coaching players who do not talk. Coaches cannot help players improve if the communication is 1 sided!
Quiet & introverted players: Challenge yourself in 2019 to communicate more frequently & effectively. It is imperative we hear your voice. – at San Mateo, CA

Tuesday is another Marco’s Pizza night fundraiser.
Take a night off cooking and help raise money for the Minster teachers’ scholarship for graduating seniors.
Be sure to mention your child’s homeroom teacher, as the winning class gets a free pizza party!

Since 2010, Votto has popped it up 7 times. With the same amount of PA, the MLB average player would have popped it up 127 times.

Coaches: Your players want to work for U. They want to get it right, but they need guidance, support, & structure. Show them what U need. Yelling & pointless punishment won’t get U where U want to be. U have to teach it. Give them what they need & they will give it back to U 10Xs

When I was scouting I wasnt concerned with how a guy reacted when he had success I was more interested in how he handled failure-I scouted a game to see 1 player and his teammate hit a bomb-he was the only 1 that didnt get up and shake his hand-OFF MY LIST

Every1 K’s,
Every1 makes errors,
Every1 makes mistakes!
How u react & respond to a costly result is important for team morale! Do u respond w/ hustle & a selfless attitude or do u pout & display bad body language? YOUR TEAM NEEDS U TO GET OVER IT & KEEP COMPETING!!

92.7% of first pitch strikes lead to an out or strike one; so that means that less than 8% of first pitch strikes become hits. 69% of strikeouts start with first pitch strikes and 70% of walks start with first pitch balls. #workahead
