#GlobalWarming of 1.5°C would destroy 70% of coral reefs, but at 2°C near to 99% would be lost. Communities relying on the oceans for their food would starve. Since 2010 the cost of many #Renewables has dropped by as much as 85 %. We cannot bury our heads in sand.#ClimateCrisis.

International Update! Pompeyo, an orphan rescued and undergoing rehab in Mexico in the facilities of the Center for Care and Rehabilitation of Aquatic Mammals is doing great! We provided funding for formula & our partners work w/ the local community on various outreach efforts.

Thanks to Key West Port Operations for rescuing this weak and emaciated juvenile Brown Pelican just after dawn this morning at Pier B. Thanks also to Captn. Betsy for assisting with the rescue. Fluids and calories have been administered to begin treatment in our clinic.
