Cannot agree more! Let’s stop shouting about the 3000 new staff - it’s not enough! Most are only taking away some admin. Some are nurses who don’t technically help GP workload. And the ANPs and Physios are spread so thin, impact is negligible! @HumzaYousaf @MathesonMichael
