Distractions are everywhere. Our fears casting shadows in our minds eye. A perfect spot to hide our enemies' intent from ourselves.

Sounds like hate speech
Latest Subway Takes: “My take is that white people should stop having weddings and stop having children.” Kamala Harris, Tim Walz and Zohran have all gone on Subway Takes before. It’s a hugely popular mainstream left wing Instagram account with millions of followers. They haven’t even won the mid-terms yet. Leftists are so confident in their coming political victory that they are going right back to the worst excesses of “Woke 1.” They aren’t moderating. They fundamentally hate most white Americans. Buckle up.

The support only pays off when we vote. Have faith in your vote by making sure you are the one who cast it.
Hopefully everyone is taking the time to get their ballots in today. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported my campiagn for LD24 Representative. Whether its a donation, a post, a yard sign or a kind word, it all helped. We do this together.

Jefferson County GOTV.
Tomorrow is Election Day! We are at 40.67% turnout statewide. Nearly 400k ballots came in over the weekend. I added a column of ballots added over the weekend and one for Monday, so you can see who was working over the weekend. We are at 1.72% higher turnout than 2022. VOTE!

Huge THANK YOU to Brandi Kruse for covering this story on her show today. This isn't over, it's only just begun. Do NOT take something that doesn't belong to you. It just might have a GPS tracker in it!

Interesting. Something tells me we are going to see some changes to ballot collections in the coming legislative sessions.
We're seeing an increasing number of folks who put their ballots in the mail on time but it's not received in time to be counted — 20,000 individuals in our primary this year. These U.S. Postal Service slowdowns are extremely unfortunate. Drop your ballot off at a drop box.

This campaign was never about Jake. It was about a community tired of being ignored—demanding common sense, safety, and accountability. ccwatchdog.com/p/it-was-neve…

The DOJ v WA voter fraud issue is exposing important election security issues right now.

I have had concerns about this for about 5+ years. The questions are many but one of my initial thoughts is: Who will end up buying up the spaces? Was the purpose of so many anti-business policies to develop this very environment? Addiction fueled policy is just wreaking havoc on our state and compromising our country.
It's OVER for downtown Seattle 4 straight years of 10+% office declines 2 months away from a single apartment building under construction Office buildings across every class and neighborhood down 60%

Something to think about. In many ways, scams are occuring all around us; inflating cost of everything. Its not always a pretty world out there.
"Home care" has quickly become the *most common job in blue states*. This video shows why: Because people are billing Medicaid $80k+ a year for work that they aren't actually doing. Watch this refugee pull into a driveway for 2 minutes each day to trick the GPS anti-fraud system:

We really need to address this issue. If we are discussing impacts on endangered species lets get real and actually talk.
Here it is… The Super Bowl of tribal fisheries. 166 days of nonstop fishing, keeping wild and hatchery Chinook, starting Sunday. This one fishery has more impact on ESA-listed Stillaguamish Chinook than any other fishery south of the Canadian border. Recreational fishermen will get a few days in Sekiu (1318 fish quota) and a few in Area 10 (588 fish quota) to get them. Makah have a 2,900 Chinook preseason estimate, with an 8,500 Chinook ceiling. If they harvest all 8,500, this will represent nearly one-third of the allowed impact on this very, very fragile stock. This is what you call wide-open fishing… #BadgerFishing #WashingtonFishing #SalmonFishing #StillaguamishChinook #FishingRights

Should Washington require breathalyzer tests for suspected DUI? Should Washington require background checks to purchase firearms? Should Washington require taxes on property? Should Washington require a license to fish?

Lets use hyperbole for the purpose of illustration: We have yet to see an example in the past 30 years of a citizan detonating a home made nuclear device. We have never prosecuted anyone for successfuly building one. We are a nuclear weapon safe state and therfore dont need to control the use of nuclear materials.
DOES SHE REALLY BELIEVE THIS? During a presser, Thurston County Auditor Mary Hall is asked about Sec. of State Steve Hobbs admitting there are non-citizens on the voter rolls. She falsely claimed, "We are a voter ID state." Voter ID is not required in Washington She then repeated the talking point that elections are secure because "voters do attest to the fact that they are a citizen of the United States." Bob Ferguson is then asked where he will be spending election night, and he says at the party for his handpicked Supreme Court Justice candidate Jaime Hawk and the "No" on repealing the income tax event After the presser, as they walk to the drop box, you can hear Hall saying, "We have the best election laws in the country," and specifically credit former WA State Rep Sam Hunt. Hunt introduced SB 6353, the Senate companion to HB 2595, which became law and established automatic registration through enhanced driver’s licenses and identification cards, which is exactly the policy that was called out by King County elections and others for registering non-citizens.

Perhaps non-citizens (and ineligible citizens) with drivers licenses that may have been registered to vote and are not eligible, should double check to see if votes were cast with their ballot/information. Here: voter.votewa.gov/portal2023/… If they have find an issue, perhaps they should contact the authorities at the DOJ office.
Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs responded Wednesday to claims made earlier this week by the Department of Justice regarding noncitizens voting in elections. Homeland Security and leaders of the two U.S. Attorneys' Offices in Washington said they identified 405 noncitizens on state voter rolls and asked the secretary of state's office to sequester ballots from suspected noncitizen voters ahead of next week's general election. Acting U.S. Attorney Neil Floyd and First Assistant U.S. Attorney Pete Serrano told Hobbs they expected him to review the list and respond by noon on Wednesday. In his response letter, Hobbs criticized Floyd and Serrano for making the claims at a press conference so close to the election. "If you had valid concerns about voter registrations, the time to raise them was months ago," Hobbs wrote in the response. "Your decision to wait until the eve of an election and announce those concerns at a press conference instead of timely providing the list and any corroborating evidence to my office is not a sign of good faith to ensure a free, fair, and accurate election." Hobbs said the DOJ's claim relied on data that was not reliable, adding that the DOJ's list of 405 supposed noncitizen voters contained U.S. citizens. Apparently the PDC serves at the whim of something other than laws. An unfortunate de-evolution of our state.
This is a follow-up to our earlier post about the Public Disclosure Commission waiving a state law passed by the legislature, a move that lets special interests take the lid off how much they can spend to mislead you. At the time, we didn’t know who requested that waiver. Now we do. SEIU has put a total of $400,000 into a two-pronged attack on the income tax and on our Supreme Court candidates. On October 26, SEIU gave $150,000 to the campaign opposing I-645 (the income tax) and $250,000 to the committee attacking your judicial candidates, Beware the Attack on Our Courts. Under state law, SEIU could only have given $75,000 to each, for a total of $150,000. That’s not a small amount. Instead, the PDC handed Beware the Attack on Our Courts the ability to take an extra $250,000, a windfall granted in violation of state law. Yes, in Washington some people are more equal than others. The Supreme Court candidates targeted by this money can still only collect $2,400 per person, and only through their own committees. The PDC says it made this move in the name of “fairness.” As a reminder, Merriam-Webster defines “fairness” as “the quality or state of being fair” and “lack of favoritism toward one side or another.”

100% support changing antiquated laws regarding this issue in America and Washington state. The family court industry profits off of pain and suffering.
Dave Foley was ordered to pay his ex-wife $17,700 a month in child support. That was five times what he actually earned. If he set foot in Canada, he would be arrested at the border. When he asked the judge how he’d feed his daughter from his second marriage, he says the court’s answer was simple: “They can rot in hell.” In 1997, Foley was starring on NBC’s NewsRadio and making about $1 million a year. That year, he separated from his first wife, Tabatha Southey. An Ontario judge set his payments at $17,700 a month, or $212,400 a year after taxes, based on his sitcom salary. Two years later, NBC canceled the show. His income dropped by nearly 80%. He went back to court to lower the payments. The judge said no. The court ruled he had made $1 million once, so he should keep paying like he still did. His ex-wife lived in a $2.5 million house on a park in Toronto. Foley rented a small loft in downtown LA. By 2011, he owed more than $500,000 in back payments. Ontario threatened to pull his passport and issued a warrant for his arrest if he came home. In the video below, Foley explains the math: “I’m paying about five times my income every month in child support, based on a show that hasn’t been on for 12 years.” He couldn’t work in Canada again until he landed a new sitcom in 2014 and had his paychecks garnished at the source. The case for the court: a parent shouldn’t get to slash support just because their career slows down. The case for Dave: locking a canceled actor into 1990s sitcom money under threat of prison is extortion. Should child support be tied to what you earn today, or the best year you ever had?

An important ruling from a WA state appeals court. "Takings" is a critical concept in constitutional property rights. Government agencies cannot take someone's property or diminish its value by means of unreasonable taxes or regulations. Yet here in WA, state and local government agencies do that all the time. By means of our screwed-up property tax system. Also by means of unreasonable environmental and other regulations. In this case (out of Seattle, but it has statewide significance), a state appeals court finally said "Enough!" And set some guidelines for when regulations become so unreasonable that they become unconstitutional takings. More good rulings like this will improve the general economic conditions in WA. And improve the housing shortages in our state. Four screenshots of background information on the case. Plus a link to the complete text of the appeals court decision. courts.wa.gov/opinions/pdf/8…
