I’ll be bold here. Marijuana reform might be right around the corner.
Big Beautiful Bill is passed, the first 100 are completed and midterms are around the corner.
It’s time to make a splash to keep things moving for Republicans. You loose seats at midterms, everything Trump wants stalls out. 7/10 voters want marijuana legalized or offered medically.
@MikeTyson is speaking on @FoxNews of all places and @DC_Draino now posting about reform.
@realDonaldTrump it’s time to reschedule marijuana and bring banking to a sector that’s fully legal in half the country.
By doing this you get:
500k newly created jobs day 1.
Workers could get access to mortgages, auto loans, bank accounts and more.
Banking allows the removal of cash only businesses where workers are getting robbed and money can be laundered.
Please consider marijuana reform @GOP

Thank you @AGToddBlanche and @POTUS for taking historic action on medical cannabis. @Trulieve now has DEA registration numbers following physical inspections. We look forward to continuing to work with the DEA in the future as implementation of the final medical rescheduling order continues.
Rescheduling of marijuana is coming in the next few months.
Thank you @AGToddBlanche @DEATerryCole @realDonaldTrump

A senior adviser to President Trump tells The Marijuana Herald that the president is "entirely confident that DEA Admin Terry Cole will do the right thing and quickly finalize rescheduling once it reaches his desk." The adviser said the ALJ's recommendation coming after the midterm elections is not a concern for the administration, and added "President Trump looks forward to finishing what Biden couldn’t." themarijuanaherald.com/2026/…

NEW: DEA filed a brief arguing that the Trump administration's proposal to reschedule marijuana is not undermined by a recently published federal watchdog agency report that found "gaps" in the government's process for evaluating controlled substances.
"The Government respectfully requests that the Court give the GAO Report no weight."

#Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. has been charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession, per @FOX59.
Richardson was pulled over on Oct. 12 for an expired registration. He told police he had smoked marijuana in the vehicle and had a small amount inside, according to court documents. Police found a jar containing marijuana and an opened bag of THC-infused gummies.
