Shared this fantastic ribeye from @MitchellBeef bought at the farmers market last weekend. I like to cook my vegetables in the steak juices as the steak rests. Recrisped the blue oysters and leftover corn, zucchini & onions. Over French sorrel. Amazing!

My farm tours continue with a visit to Mitchell Family Farm in Blaine. @MitchellBeef pasture raise their cattle antibiotic free and with no added hormones. They’re regulars at local farmers markets, and they supply beef to many area restaurants.
