I've been working 13-18hr workdays. Crying everyday at work. Screaming at my desk every time somebody copy-pastes an AI response to me.

What if nabarang silang anim dahil binigay ni Tomas sa mambabarang yung mga manika?
Based on sa smile ni Tomas, parang nagkampihan silang dalawa.

So happy din na na-approve yung geng geng albularyo + nabarang looks! I wanted to bring the traditional albularyo into a modern world, and when Direk sent me a Mang Kepweng reference, doon na nag-evolve yung look.
Filipino Animation is so good, and I'm glad they get to write their stories for once rather than solely working for others. 🥹 Hope that we can continue to support such shorts until we get to a point where we can get full length features!!

I’ll say this again: DESTINO is #ALAMAT’s strongest era when it comes to visuals. Every MV is STUNNING. Visual storytelling, cinematography, set design. YUM

SEAPOP SOTD | Tonight’s pick is “Pagbigyan (Bad Decisions)” by 🇵🇭 Filipino boy group #ALAMAT, who released its official music video today!
What Southeast Asian song should we feature next?

When people judge young female characters in animation for not looking like models 🤮 Such pedo behaviour. Young women don't have to be fuckable to have interesting lives & stories.
Mattel, your long-lasting impact on the world! 🫵 This is your fault!!!
People are calling Prue ug*y because she doesn’t look like the caricature of a teenage girl they’re used to seeing in film.
I personally find her character design to be a reflection of her forlorn temperament, that’s to say, it’s deeply human, as is the entirety of #Wildwood.
Well, it's because Ate & Kuya are from Hokkien. In Filipino Hokkien, you just call each sibling by their birth order title. (Diko/Ditse, Sangko/Sanse) until you get to the Bunso (shoti/shobe).
Afaik a rly old word for elder sib is Kaka.
Still can't think of an Ading equivalent!
Lowkey kinda sad that artists have to prove they're not AI but at least it's obvious that Pagbigyan (Bad Decisions) MV and its related pubmats are a labor of love

X is busy dissecting why K-pop is losing ground in the Philippines and Indonesia. It’s actually not that deep. Once you follow idols like Stell and @SB19Official your standards go way up and suddenly, you’re a lot harder to impress. Simple as that.
Rewatching The Legend of Korra: Book 3 knowing Korrasami is endgame is so fun!! 🤭 Asami starts the season flirting with Korra right away! She never lets up and always stays with her!!
Tom Holland didn't even know his character's age and internally and mentally played Telemachus as a 16yo.
